Drive continues and this week provides a bit of twist in terms of the story and just how the Roidmudes are operating.  Let's see how all this played out in episode seven of  Kamen Rider Drive "How was the key moment photographed?".  We kick things off with a mysterious photographer taking photos of a building collapse.  We are then filled in by the team on how multiple buildings are collapsing mysteriously .  They are built by Kaishima City Construction and nothing else ties them together outside when they collapsed.  No sign of Density Shift Particles at the scene suggests no Roidmudes but there is still too many questions to rule out anything.  Tomari is off visiting Hayase at the moment and Kiriko heads off to do some investigating in  a hurry for some reason.  We also get a quick gag from Jun about their budget being cut drastically.  It has nothing to do with anything outside a quick laugh. 

          Hayase is glad to see his partner in good spirits but somebody is spying on them from the shadows.  Tomari notices him on his walk afterwards and finds out it is Takasugi Kenta, a East City Times reporter.  He is looking into the Kamen Rider and figures following somebody from the S.C.U. will get him close to the speedy warrior.  Tomari warns him to keep his distance from this for his own well and heads off to another building collapse after receiving the call.  Multiple Police and Rescue forces are at the scene but no one was in the building at the time.  Kenta follows Tomari to the scene but a Roidmude arrives before Tomari can chew him out.  Kenta helps get one of the Rescue personnel out of the area while Tomari goes Type Wild to take on the monster. They fight it out for a bit before the Roidmude drops a beam on Otta.  Tomari diverts it in time with Hooking Wrecker but the monster gets away.  Back at The Pit they figure out that the Roidmude is making stuff disappear and he could be really dangerous.  Burning Solar arrives to get a charge up a Tomari's napping spot.  Kenta arrives to inform him about Kusaka Shunsuke, another reporter he is familiar with, who took photos of the collapsing buildings.  He may be connected to the Roidmude since Tomari saw him at the scene on the roof of an adjacent building.  Kiriko is not happy about the reporter's involvement and flashes Tomari with Solar multiple times, it may also have something to do with the bouquet of flowers on her desk from earlier in the episode. 

          We check in with the executives as they discuss their new companions abilities.  Not much else is revealed for now but we will get back to them.  Tomari and Kiriko are discussing the case and their suspicions of the reporters.  They drop by East City Times to talk to Kusaka about his photos.  He laughs their suspicions off by asking them how he could knock a building down.  He leaves with Shadow following him.  Our dynamic duo is cut off by Kenta asking about the case and after some convincing he is brought along.  They arrive at the potential target only to find out an individual named Yoshida Noriyuki is there and he has a connection to the two suspects.  Apparently he is a former report who mentored them and left after an article about Kaishima was pulled.  There were signs of poor materials being used along with many other accusations but the articles was said to be fabricated. Yoshida took the fall so his boys could stay employed.  Tomari begins to put the case together but a Slowdown affect hits pulling their attention to the Roidmude who is about to bring the house down.  When the two arrive they see Kusaka unaffected by the Slowdown and are quickly attacked by the monster.  We get a bit of exposition from Heart and Brain how humans help them evolve and are useless after they copy the person.  033 fed on the emotions of Kusaka and has been using him to evolve further.  033 is still a bit unstable in terms of using his forms but starts to take the building down with his photo manipulation skills.  He destroys something on a photo and that same damage happens on the actual object.  Wrecker and Solar arrive to help and Tomari goes Type Speed to fight 033 once again.  He is doing well for a bit until Chase arrives once more to bail out a comrade.  He is all business today as he uses Spider and Cobra Viral Cores to knock Tomari out of the Drive suit and separate him from Buckle.  Tomari is about to be finished off by Chase using Bat but Kiriko steps in to take the shot and we end before we see what happens next.

          This week shined a bit of light on the Roidmudes operations and added a new element  brainwashed humans.  The whole story with the three reporters was good I hope there is more to tell since there seems to be more to Kenta's actions then he let on.  Wrecker and Solar do not get that much time this week but there will be more from them in the coming weeks.  Chase takes Drive to town this week and shows off all his new toys.  He has been a good to have around in terms of fight scene but I do hope that next week will give us some depth to the Reaper's character since he is severely lacking in that department.  Overall a good episode that will I hope have a fantastic second part to come.  Next week Tomari gets a fancy new gun, Chase has secrets revealed about him, and just how will the rooftop showdown end.
