Alright, I'm just going to start this off by saying this. If you're looking for a movie that is good as a standalone but shouldn't be taken serious for any related shows, then this is a good movie. However, if you're looking at this after watching Kamen Rider Decade, Kamen Rider OOO, Kamen Rider Fourze, Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters, or Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, then you probably will have problems with this movie.

Now, there's reason for me saying all that I did in that first bit there, but I'll go step by step on this. At the start of the movie, you see Captain Marvelous (Gokai-Red) "defeating" (note the quotes) the seven legendary Riders. After this happens, you hear that Marvelous' plans are to defeat all Riders and Tsukasa states that since Marvelous' plans are to defeat the Riders he shall defeat all Sentai.
