Like I said last week these reviews are going to happen at different times depending on when the subs are released so lucky for us the Aesir crew got out this week's Gaim out last night.  A quick revision from last week before I get to the show this week is that the monsters are actually eating the fruit and throwing away the shells that the fruit are within.  Shell may not be the best work but it is what I am going with.  With that said let's get to episode 2 of Kamen Rider Gaim entitled Deathblow! Pineapple Kick.  We start with some Yggdrasill folks wearing what look like Sengoku Drivers without the sword on them harvesting Lockseeds.  They are attacked by Inves but Zangetsu is there to mop them up quick.  What all this means is left up to the viewer for now as the opening begins.

          Instead of doing a review of super hero time on a weekly basis I will just be doing Kamen Rider Gaim for now and do a full super hero time review and recap  once the new sentai series starts after Kyoryuger.  With all that said I will get some quick thoughts going into the show out of the way. 

          I would be lying if I said I was a bit worried going in.  Hearing that the writer for the show behind this was going to shoot for early hesei era rider.  This for those wondering is Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, and Faiz.  This leads to a 50/50 chance of me liking the show based on its inspirations.  This may seem like a weird reservation to have about the show but for a show I was pretty much all in on before it was just a small reservation instead of a big ... So as of this post Wizard will have aired 45 episodes.  I have watched 44 of the episodes since neither TV-Nihon or Overtime have posted subs of the 45th episode yet.  So far I have enjoyed the show, but like Fourze it does have its problem.  The main problem would be that  some of the cast is a bit underdeveloped and by some I mean most of the cast.  Haruto and Nito, Wizard and Beast respectively, have gotten the most development out of the main cast. This is to be expected since they are the riders of the show but the rest could still use a bit more.  Rinko has had her moments but outside her recruitment arc at the beginning has yet to have the spotlight on her. Shunpei is the same as well with his recruitment arc being his spotlight while only getting moments here and there.  With Wizard being expanded to 51 episodes maybe they will get there standout episodes.  Koyomi is getting here development late is getting here development late but we ar ... ust watched the first episode of RWBY from Rooster Teeth and I am loving what I am seeing.  Some good comedy moments with some great action.  I can't wait to see more of this show.

Brand new Intermission with a ton of Toku talk.  Sorry about the wait but at least it is out before Kamen Rider Beast's Debut.
